The main objective of this work is to carry out a survey of the classrooms of the common lecture hall of the Universidad Nacional Litoral (UNL) in relation to the noise factor and then obtain the current degree of insulation, detect the flanks and finally make a proposal that improves the quality. acoustics or the comfort of these classrooms. The development of the same was divided into two stages, a first stage of evaluation and diagnosis, where a survey of all the classrooms of the building was carried out and through the architectural plans of the same, three classrooms were selected, which meet the representative general characteristics out of a total of thirteen classrooms. Then, two classrooms per floor were selected, of which one was chosen as receiver - the one that was most exposed to noise - and another as emitter, to evaluate the acoustic impact from the emitting room to the receiving room. Subsequently, the IRAM 4109 and IRAM 4063 standards were taken as a methodological reference to be able to carry out acoustic measurements and finally find the current degree of insulation in situ. This is followed by a second design stage in which a possible solution to the existing problem was planned, taking into account various acoustic objectives such as increasing the apparent noise reduction index (R') of each dividing wall and sealing all leaks. and non-acoustic as durability and effectiveness of the solution. Thus, performing predictive calculations to provide a proposal to improve the situation, bearing in mind the socio-economic reality of the establishment.
