It is usual to carry out acoustic performance simulations in specific software to verify the results of a building before its construction due to the existence of the ABNT NBR 15575 standard. These simulations have advanced considerably in recent years, being possible to have an accuracy of up to 1 dB between the simulated value compared with the value measured in loco, if the construction correctly follows the acoustic especifications. Given the precision of the simulation as an overdue milestone, the following question arose: how to guarantee to the final customer that the simulated results, regardless of the designer who performed the simulation, will have the same result? In order to answer this question, the IntraProjetos was developed, which is a system to ensure the validity of simulated results. The purpose of this article is to share the IntraProjetos quality management procedure, which consists of comparing the development of the same simulation in the SONArchitect ISO 3.1.11 software between three designers, using the same information as input. Each designer performed their simulation individually, sharing the results with the moderator. It is worth noting that the designer's technical knowledge influences the simulated results, due to the technical complexity of the simulation and its critical analysis. However, even the participating designers have different academic backgrounds, this factor did not influence this study. This can be justified due to the constant internal training that designers have. After the simulations, the results for the floor system, partitions and facades of a building were compared and analyzed. With this, it was possible to verify that the results were the same among the designers, validating the management procedure applied to IntraProjetos. In this way, it is possible to guarantee to the final customer, requesting the acoustic insulation simulation, that the result will be the same, regardless of the designer responsible for the project in question.
